The Study of a new solution of the Project was completed and approved.

Beginning of the cooperation of the company StavArt LLC in the position of Project manager, and the architectural bureau m4 architects in the position of Project architects.
The general notion of the Project was revised from the viewpoint of its orientation on target groups of clients and its functional content. It was decided to reduce the construction volumes while preserving the functional capacities, thus increasing the  economy of the proposal.
